Aquí os dejo una receta fantástica que una de nuestras alumnas nos ha sugerido, para alcanzar un estilo saludable de alimentación. Nuestro objetivo es seguir una dieta saludable rica en fruta fresca, verduras, cereales, patata, judías, frutos secos, legumbres, aceite de oliva y pescado.

BEANS WITH ALMONDS
Preparation
time: 10 minutes.
Cooking
time: 20 minutes.

Instructions
1º Boil
green beans in the minimum amount of water needed with salt until
tender, then drain well and place in cold water.
2º Fry
lightly browned almonds and garlic with a little hot oil and discard
the garlic.
3º Drain
the beans and mix with oil and the fried almonds.
