Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
Mince.
Bread
crumbs.

garlic.

eggs.
A
little milk
Salt.
Parsley.
Sauce.
PREPARATION:
Put
all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and leave 3 hours in the
refrigerator to get the flavours.
Then,
make small balls and fry them with flour.

OF CREAM SAUCE AND SPICES:
Onions.
Garlic
Oil.
Thyme.
Black
pepper.
Laurel.
Nutmeg.
Beer.
Water.
Salt.
PREPARATION
OF CREAM SAUCE AND SPICES:
Chop
the onions and the garlic. Put the pieces in a pan and add the water,
beer, thyme, walnut, black pepper, salt and mix with the meatloaf and
let cook until the sauce gets creamier.
And
finally, enjoy your meal!
