CARIBBEAN SALAD - ENSALADA DEL CARIBE



ENSALADA DEL CARIBE
CARIBBEAN SALAD
 

Ingredients                       
 

3 ripe bananas

1 medium avocado

2 large tomatoes

3 grapes

1 medium cucumber cut in large portions

2 medium carrots

1 cup celery, thinly sliced

Lettuce leaves

Mustard dressing * See procedure below



Preparation:

Approximately 45 minutes before serving, the mustard dressing should be prepared;
Remove the shells from the bananas.
Cut the bananas into 1/2 "thick slices.
Peel avocados, cut into thin slices.
In a large bowl, add the dressing, bananas, avocados and all other ingredients, except Lettuce leaves.
Stir well.

On a large serving dish that has already been cooled in the refrigerator, place the lettuce leaves to cover the dish.
With a spoon, pour the salad mixture.

* For mustard dressing: In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup olive oil or salad oil, 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons prepared mustard, 1/2 teaspoon Pepper, and a crushed garlic clove
