ERASMUS+ PROJECT. CHICKEN SOUP. A HEALTHY RECIPE BY LAURA FERRES LÓPEZ, 3rd YEAR SECONDARY EDUCATION. SOPA DE POLLO. UNA RECETA MUY SALUDABLE. IT IS AN EXCELLENT OPTION FOR THESE COLD DAYS. CHICKEN SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken.
Leek.
Turnip.
Noodles.
Carrot.
White bones.
2 eggs.
Salt.

PREPARATION:
In a cooking pot, start to heat water, when it is ready, add the chicken, leek, carrot, turnip, the white bones and a pinch of salt.
Three hours of cooking are needed.
Then, boil, in another cooking pot, 2 eggs, and the noodles are poured.
When it is all well cooked it is put together in a pot and then to be eaten!
It is optional if you want to add bits of ham.
